I've been through many hair phases and what I've seen from 2024, these are the hair trends to look out for in 2025, as we'll be seeing much more from them this year!

  1. Dark Brown

It's the year for the naturals. Let's slide past the highlights and balayage and go straight to darker tones such as this dark coffee-roast brown hair, close to a natural hair colour but a change from black. Perfect for those who are naturally brunette or have Asian dark hair to complement your features without doing something too drastic.

  2. Pixie/Micro-bob

As we've already seen on recent celebrities, the pixie is coming back in 2025 for those who already have the micro-bob, and for those with longer hair who want a big chop, we have the micro-bob. We're ready to see sharper features and shorter hair.

  3. Feathery bangs/fringe

The better cousin to the blunt bangs and a lovely sister to the curtain bangs, here comes the feathery bangs. Perfect for the first-time fringe cutters with low commitment and easy maintenance, framing just any hair type and length.

  4. Cherry-chocolate

Just like the dark chocolate, I think no one's officially been able to say goodbye to red hair (by choice either), so we'll be seeing a lot of this deep red-brown combo to add a little dimension this summer. Or to simply level up from the brown.

If you've been needing a sign to switch it up in 2025, I hope these examples have inspired you to change it up.

Comment below your favourite look and if you'll be considering any of these styles.
